He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, as well as the Senior Citizens Center and was a member of the Lutheran Church. He enjoyed many things, among which were visiting with the LDS Home Teachers, hunting, fishing, reading, building things, home improvements, pot luck dinners with his family, taking walks, playing pool, dogs of all kinds, the local parks and water falls, and most of all, he loved spending time with his family and taking care of the people he loved.
George was the perfect example of what a man and a father should be.
